The Website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a legal offer to sell or purchase property.

   The information on the Website is based on information provided by Enerrgia SKYi Developers and is believed to be accurate at the time of publication. 5. Real estate agent role

   We are a MahaRERA-registered real estate agent (registration no. A52100045002) acting on behalf of Enerrgia SKYi Developers. We receive a commission from Enerrgia SKYi Developers for our services, not from property buyers. All sales and property delivery will be handled by Enerrgia SKYi Developers.

6. Intellectual property

   All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics and logos, is the property of Enerrgia SKYi Developers or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content from the Website for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

   The Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
